Project Description:
This project consisted of removing the existing cover on the patio, then building a new 16’x16’ screened in porch on top of the existing concrete pad. The porch had cedar wrapped beams, outlets, and a ceiling fan.

Change Orders:
There was one change order on this project to replace some damaged boards we found on the existing house as we were tying in the new porch.
