“The Remodeler of the Year award is the Indiana Builders Association’s most prestigious award for remodelers. This year’s award recipient was Marcy DeShong with Midwest Remodeling Services in Pendleton. Marcy served as President of Madison County Builders Association this year and recently served on Pendleton’s Unified Development Ordinance Steering Committee, where she helped to establish a vision for future development while preserving the character of the Town. Marcy is a past chair of the Chamber of Commerce, youth summer camp leader since 2009, and volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank.
