Project Description:
This was a rental property that needed a little TLC in the bathroom. So we replaced the tub and shower with a new acrylic tub and walls that are super durable and low maintenance… exactly what you want for a rental house! We also replaced the toilet, put in a pedestal sink with chrome faucet where the vanity was, updated the electrical and light fixture, fixed some drywall, and put in a new medicine cabinet. This made for a quick, affordable spruce up the homeowner was wanting!

Change Orders:
When we started demo, we found quite a bit of rotten lumber in the tub area that had to be removed and replaced. This was the only change order for this project.
