Zero Threshold Master Bath $50,000-$70,000
Project Description:
For this project, we absorbed some space from a guest bedroom and closet in order to add to the master suite. We were able to gain extra space for a much larger master bathroom, plus we doubled the size of the master closet. This bathroom includes a zero threshold shower with custom glass side panels, a heater at the entrance to the shower, and furniture style vanities with custom made solid surface tops.

- An accessible shower with no threshold
- Larger master bath for future possible wheelchair accessibility
- Separate his and hers vanities
- Convert small master closet to a walk-in closet
Price Range: $50,000 – $70,000
Change Orders:
There were a total of six change orders on this project. Five change orders were for additional work outside the scope of the contract or upgrades that the customer requested after the project had started. The only required change order was for a beam install due to an unforeseen bearing wall and sub-floor replacement due to hidden water damage.
